I’ve been slacking really bad on my exercise and even my eating habits lately. I keep up with the Tae Bo three times a week and everything, but I do forget to do my crunches everyday regardless. I’ve pigged out on junk a few times, but I don’t eat a lot at one time. :\ If I could, I’d just slice my tummy like it was a tomato or something. Lol. That and my thighs are the only issue, I’m good with being 100 lbs.
